Research Interests

Process Mining, Business Intelligence, Very Large Business Applications. These research fields used in the context of Application Usage Mining, where activities in terms of modern Very Large Business Applications like ERP-systems are diverse and complicated. System logs of user's interactions and their behaviors with such systems can be used in different ways. For instance to improve firm's running business processes, to customize used information systems more efficiently, to personalize used information systems for individuals or for group of user, or simply to understand the actual running processes.
